Many decades ago, on my personal road to enlightenment, I learned from the experts how to keep a close eye on things with my eyes closed and how to spot patterns in the blink of an eye. How to be present, develop presence, be stable and create stability and much more. I shall happily share my experience with you.
There is little in life I find mundane or boring. I shall happily teach you how to fire up your imagination, how to zone in and how to zone out and how to find the fun in whatever it is that needs to be done. People have said to me that they feel able to discuss “deep stuff” with me, notice new perspectives and find satisfaction where once there was stagnation.

What is interesting to note is that what today is referred to as wellness and well-being was simply the natural way of being. Nothing fancy, just normal. I apply this philosophy to this day. There is digging deep and there is releasing deep. There is being with your Self, mindfully, and there is following notions of mindfulness as promoted in varying ways. There is balance to be found in everything.
